B949 EMMA STREET/PARK DRIVE/SOUTH CASTLE STREET - BLAIRGOWRIE (PH10 6NY)-TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND LOADING

B949 EMMA STREET/PARK DRIVE/SOUTH CASTLE STREET - BLAIRGOWRIE (PH10 6NY) In order to permit BT Openreach works on the above section of road I recommend that a temporary traffic regulation order be prepared. It is to be effective from the 12^th July 2026 for a period of one day. The order will temporarily prohibit all vehicles from parking and loading on both sides of the following length of carriageways:

1. B949 Emma Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with the B949 Jessie Street (317946, 744824) to its junction with Arthur Street (317862, 744688), a distance of 158.15 metres or thereby.
2. Park Drive, Blairgowrie from its junction with Queens Avenue (317825, 744627) to its junction with Arthur Street (317683, 744686), a distance of 70.77 metres or thereby.
3. South Castle Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with the B949 Emma Street (317097, 744759) to its junction with Harriet Row (317833, 744805), a distance of metres or thereby.

Pedestrian & emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
